Our policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially displayed. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted. Sale or discounted items (if applicable) Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable) We can replace items for certain reasons. If you need to replace yours with the same item, send us an email at todeglobal@gmail.com.
The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
